How do I know if my commercial AC or furnace is still covered by warranty?

Check the label on the outer surface of the system for a manufacture date. The equipment may be under warranty if it is less than five years old.
However, warranties are also based on models and manufacturers and their terms and conditions are subject to change. In case you’re unsure about the warranty coverage of your equipment, call us for system Inspection and our expert would let you know about the applicable warranty if any.

Are there any financing options or incentives I should be aware of?

Do your rates change after-hours?

No, we don’t charge extra beyond work hours. Neither do we apply additional rates on our service on holidays, weekends or festive seasons. Our technician will provide you with an estimate before starting the job so that you know from the get go what the service is going to cost you.

How do I know what kind of commercial unit will work for my workplace?

Generally, factors like efficiency ratings, construction budget, cost and ease of operation and maintenance, size and workplace environment of commercial building, affect the selection of air conditioning or heating systems.

We don’t charge anything for a service estimate. In addition, our technicians perform a thorough system and site inspection before installing, repairing or replacing a system, which is free of cost.

Do I need a maintenance program?

We offer two types of commercial HVAC programs that are designed to protect your investment against unexpected failures and breakdowns. By agreeing to one of our maintenance programs you will make sure that your commercial system is up and running in the long-run and prevents your business from sudden downtimes.
